The whole of October I’m doing a Yoga challenge. I started doing Bikram Yoga in March this year and I’ve been going four times per week since then. I was hooked since day one. This will be my biggest challenge so far. 30 days, 30 classes of Bikram Yoga. The benefits will be worth every drop of sweat, this is the ultimate way to step out of my comport zone and see what I can achieve with my determination and willpower. Today was day 7/30. So far, so good…
